Description

Royal PVC is a Private Limited Company has commenced manufacturing of Un-plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (uPVC) Pressure and Non Pressure Pipe System for cold Potable Water and other Industrial uses conforming to BSS 3505/BSS 3506 PSI 3051-91 ASTM D 1785-94 DIN 8061-8062 and other International Standards.

The Company was established in 1990 and by the grace of God the Al- Mighty Started production in the same year. It is the first uPVC Pipe manufacturing establishment in NWFP. The Plant is equipped with the latest and most modern machinery from Germany, Austria, China and Taiwan with an annual production capacity of 8000 Metric Tons. Besides this now we have started production of our new products HDPE and PVC Fittings.

Further we are one of the biggest PVC Pipes manufacturing company in Pakistan having the registration of Pakistan Standard & Quality Control Authority and Pakistan Engineering Council and the firm is ISO-9001-2008 & ISO 14001 2004 Certified as well.

It is indeed a matter of immense pleasure to share that Royal is  the biggest Exporter of PVC Pipe and in this connection it is a great honor for us that ROYAL  is the 1st and only one in Pakistan that won Best Export Trophy 2001-2002, 2002-2004 (F.P.C.C.I) from Prime Minister of Pakistan.

 

A well trained and highly skilled staff is employed to check and maintain a strict quality Control of the product at each stage of pipe production. Our activity extends in providing:

  • uPVC Pressure & Non Pressure Pipe System for cold Potable Water.
  • Industrial Piping for Chemicals.
  • Tube well/ Agriculture Irrigation purpose.
  • Electrical Conduits for Telephone and Power Cables
  • Drainage and Sewerage System.
  • Casing Tube Wells.

We have the facility to produce pipe of Nominal Diameter from ½” to 24”

PRODUCTION CAPACITY

Our rated capacity of Plant is 840 Metric Tons annually.

LABORATORY:

Our laboratory is well equipped to Test uPVC Pipe according to BSS 3505-86 under the strict supervision of Highest Qualified Chemists and the Lab equipment is calibrated by ISO certified requirements.

Following tests are carried out in our lab during the production:

  • Heat Reversion Test.
  • Methylene Chloride Test.
  • Impact Strength.
  • Short/Long term Hydrostatic Test (Pressure Test).
  • Flattening Test.
  • Fracture Toughness Test.
  • Opacity/ Light Test.
  • Specific Gravity Test

PERFORMANCE:

We are the main supplier of PVC Pipes to the following Govt. dept. and International Organizations throughout Pakistan. Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) have already approved our Pipes and so registered with PSQCA.
